GUIDELINES FOR AUTHORS
Authors are invited to submit their work to this journal. An editor will evaluate all submissions to verify if they meet the objectives and scope of this publication. Selected submissions will be forwarded for review by specialized reviewers before a decision is made on their acceptance or rejection.
Prior to submission, it is the responsibility of the authors to obtain permission for the dissemination of any information included in the article, such as images, documents, and datasets. All authors identified in the submission must provide their consent to be recognized as such. Therefore, the research must have approval from an appropriate ethics committee, in accordance with the legal requirements of the country where the study was conducted.
An editor has the authority to reject a submission if it does not meet basic quality standards. Before submitting, ensure that both the study design and the research argument are well-structured and clearly presented. The title should be concise, and the abstract should be precise and well-supported.
Following these recommendations will increase the likelihood that reviewers will agree to evaluate the article. Once you are certain that your submission meets these standards, proceed with the checklist below to properly organize your submission.
Original Content Requirement:
Submitted articles will be subjected to an anti-plagiarism system to verify their originality. If the similarity exceeds 15%, the article must be restructured.Citation and Reference Standards:

- The suggested writing style is impersonal, using the third-person singular.
- It is essential to respect copyright when writing academic and scientific documents, ensuring that textual and paraphrased sources are used appropriately. This helps prevent plagiarism issues. If plagiarism or self-plagiarism is detected during the article review, it will be rejected. Only original works submitted by the author will be accepted for publication.
Plagiarism Identification Policy
The Pensagora MD Scientific Journal does not tolerate plagiarism or any fraudulent practices. Therefore, all submitted works will undergo an originality analysis before being sent for peer review. If any form of fraud is detected, the manuscript will be excluded from the process, and the author will be notified of the decision.
The journal requires researchers to properly cite the original source when using its content. To ensure compliance with publication quality standards and to preserve the originality and novelty of the results published, all submissions will be evaluated using Turnitin software.
Additionally, to uphold the ethics and quality of the articles published, our journal adheres to the Code of Conduct and Best Practices established by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) for scientific journal editors.
PEER REVIEW PROCESS
All submitted manuscripts will be sent to two external reviewers for evaluation, along with the scientific article assessment and arbitration instrument. Once the external reviewers have assessed the work, their decision will be upheld, and authors will be informed whether their article has been:
- Accepted
- Accepted with modifications
- Not accepted
To prevent bias, the evaluation process follows a double-blind peer review, meaning that the reviewers will not know the identity of the authors, and the authors will not know who reviewed their work. This process is overseen by the editorial committee to ensure confidentiality.
Once the final evaluation results have been issued and the necessary revisions have been made, the editorial committee will make the final decision on whether to accept the article for publication. If accepted, it will be assigned to the chief editor for approval and publication on the journal’s website.
